We recommend calling for an appointment. During the summer, please call ahead to make an appointment since office hours do vary. Normal summer hours are 7:00 am to 4:00 pm, Monday through Thursday.

At registration the following items are required:

·         Birth Certificate (Children eligible for kindergarten must be 5 years before September 1)

·         Immunization Record (your personal record or physician’s record)

·         Proof of Residency (one of the following: driver’s license with home address, rental agreement, real estate documents, utility bill with name and home address)

·         Photo Identification of the person registering the student. A student will not be registered until the above documentation is received.

·         Name, Address and Phone Number of the school your child previously attended, if any. Bring along most recent report card/grade transcript.

·         Special Education Documents – If your child already has an I.E.P. any documentation would be helpful.

·         Court Documentation – If appropriate, Agency Letter of Placement, Court Orders and Divorce Documentation
