Drumline. This word has had various meanings throughout the history of the Northern Lebanon High School Music Department. It has included marching percussion, pit percussion, and percussion ensemble and yet for many it has always come down to one important word - family. Have you ever been a member of this amazing group? Are there times when you miss the camaraderie? The playing? The performing? You are not alone! We are bringing the drumline family together again and forming an alumni percussion group and we are inviting any and all interested persons to join us! We are planning on having fun, making memories, reconnecting with old friends, making new friends, and playing music! It doesn’t matter what your skill level is because there is room for everyone. It doesn’t matter if you haven’t played since high school. It doesn’t matter if the only time you were a part of this family was for one semester as a member of the percussion ensemble! If you want to play again, please sign-up! Rehearsals and performances will be decided at a later time, but a tentative start of late summer/early fall is planned with a first performance sometime in December 2012.
